Donald Trump appeared to disregard his own grandson during a UFC event over the weekend, creating an uncomfortable scene caught on video.
The incident unfolded as Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner attended UFC 299 in Miami, an event also graced by Donald Trump himself.
Various clips capturing the awkward moment were compiled, highlighting a noticeable snub towards Ivanka and Jared’s son, Joseph.
As Trump made his entrance, he engaged in handshakes and conversations with several notable individuals, including Dave Portnoy.
However, when he reached Ivanka and Jared, the atmosphere turned chilly. Despite kissing Ivanka and hugging Jared, when they introduced their son Joseph to his grandfather, Trump seemed to deliberately avoid acknowledging him.
The former President continued on his way without so much as a greeting, leaving Joseph looking visibly saddened. Ivanka consoled her son before the clip ended, portraying a harsh interaction.
It remains unclear whether Trump was in a rush or if there were other factors at play. Despite his previous displays of fondness towards his grandchildren, including Joseph, this particular incident seemed to have left a negative impact on the young boy.
