Johnny Depp Addresses Allegations of Verbal Abuse from ‘Blow’ Co-Star Lola Glaudini

Johnny Depp isn’t sitting idly by in the face of accusations leveled against him by a former colleague. His spokesperson has vehemently refuted Lola Glaudini’s claims that Depp was verbally abusive during the filming of “Blow” in 2001.

The spokesperson emphasized Depp’s commitment to fostering positive working relationships with both cast and crew, asserting that Glaudini‘s recollection starkly contrasts with the memories of others present on set at the time.

Glaudini originally shared her account on the “Powerful Truth Angels” podcast back in January, though it has recently resurfaced online.

In her narrative, she described an incident where Depp allegedly unleashed a tirade upon her after misunderstanding her actions directed by director Ted Demme to laugh during one of Depp’s scenes.

According to Glaudini, Depp’s reaction was explosive, as he confronted her aggressively, using profanity and berating her for supposedly disrupting his performance.

She recounted Depp’s words in detail, portraying a distressing encounter where he allegedly shouted obscenities and harshly criticized her.

In response to Glaudini’s allegations, Depp’s spokesperson not only defended the actor but also cited support from a fellow crew member, Sam Sarkar, who served as a sound technician on the film.

Sarkar reportedly corroborates Depp’s version of events, stating that he does not recall any such incident occurring as described by Glaudini.
