After communicating with the Judd Foundation’s legal team, we clarified the distinct differences between the furniture in Kim’s office and that of the Judd Foundation.
Their prior legal representation acknowledged these disparities. Since then, there has been no further correspondence until now, with the sudden lawsuit.
Attempts were made to resolve this matter cordially, but the Judd Foundation refused reasonable terms. These allegations hold no substance.”
The Estate of Donald Judd, known for his renowned sculptures and distinct furniture designs, has filed a lawsuit against Kim Kardashian.
The Estate alleges that a 2022 video posted by Kim showcasing her SKKN office featured furniture claimed to be authentic Judd pieces.
These items, sourced from Clements Design, are alleged by the Estate to be counterfeit. It remains uncertain whether Kim was aware of the authenticity of the furniture.
The Estate contends that Kim’s promotion of these items has tarnished Judd’s reputation and demands the removal of the video, retraction of claims, and profits from Clements Design.
