Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel, renowned for their appearances on ‘Oprah’ and a TLC reality show, have quietly achieved a significant milestone by welcoming a spouse into their unique household.

According to public records, Abby tied the knot with army veteran Josh Bowling in Minnesota in 2021, as reported by TODAY.

Given Abby and Brittany’s rare condition of being dicephalus conjoined twins, where they share all organs below the waist, their marriage has naturally raised questions about the dynamics within their relationship with Brittany.

The marriage has prompted curiosity among fans about whether both twins are romantically involved with Josh.

However, footage from their wedding depicts Josh affectionately dancing with the twins, although he noticeably only kisses Abby.

Born in 1990, Abby and Brittany’s parents, Patty and Mike, made the courageous decision not to undergo separation surgery due to its immense risks, particularly considering the twins’ shared bloodstream, making survival for both unlikely.

Looking ahead, the trio’s future holds intriguing possibilities. Currently employed as teachers in their home state, the twins previously expressed interest in having children in the 2003 documentary “Joined for Life.”

Patty mentioned the feasibility of this idea, stating, “That is probably something that could work because those organs do work for them.”
