Don Toliver Arrested for DUI
Don Toliver was apprehended on suspicion of driving under the influence earlier this week, although it appears that he complied readily with law enforcement, resulting in an unusual outcome—he wasn’t taken into custody.
As per a report from the California Highway Patrol, the rapper was pulled over for speeding in the early hours of Tuesday morning near the San Fernando Valley in Southern California. Officers noted behaviors that suggested possible impairment, prompting them to investigate further.
Despite indications of impairment, Toliver wasn’t subjected to arrest and handcuffs. Instead, he was issued a citation and released on the spot.
