Kanye West Named Suspect in Battery Report Following Altercation Over Alleged Wife Grab
According to a source close to the incident, the term “grabbed” fails to fully convey the severity of the situation.
They assert that Bianca was subjected to physical assault, stating, “The assailant didn’t simply make incidental contact; he engaged in a series of aggressive actions.
He intruded under her dress, made direct physical contact, forcibly grabbed her waist, spun her around, and even blew kisses at her. This amounted to both physical and sexual assault, leaving her battered.”
Kanye West faces potential legal repercussions as he emerges as the primary suspect in a battery report. Law enforcement officials are actively investigating allegations against him.
Reports indicate that police were informed of an incident where West purportedly punched a man late on Tuesday night.
Allegedly, this action was in response to the man pushing or grabbing West’s wife, Bianca Censori. Following the altercation, Kanye and Bianca departed the scene, and the individual purportedly struck did not require medical attention for any injuries sustained.
Authorities intend to contact Kanye to obtain his account of events and will also interview witnesses. This incident isn’t the first time Kanye West has been embroiled in a battery investigation.
In 2023, law enforcement scrutinized footage showing him seizing a photographer’s phone and hurling it into an intersection. However, no charges were filed in that instance.
Furthermore, earlier this year, West faced a lawsuit alleging assault and battery. The plaintiff claimed that the rapper assaulted him in downtown L.A. in 2022, allegedly declaring, “I’m going to make a f***ing example of you.”
