Legal Victory: Kodak Black’s Drug and Tampering Case Fully Dismissed

Recent court documents reveal that Kodak Black can finally put his recent drug possession case behind him, as the last significant charge in the matter has been dismissed.

According to sources, a judge recently ruled to dismiss the remaining tampering charge against the Florida rapper.

This decision comes after the drug possession charges were previously thrown out in February, following evidence presented by Kodak demonstrating that he had a valid prescription for the drugs in question.

Bradford Cohen, Kodak’s attorney, expressed satisfaction with the outcome, stating, “The court recognized the valid arguments that were made to dismiss the last remaining count of this wrongful arrest.

We are happy to see the case resolved and Kodak continue to be successful in both the entertainment world and his philanthropic ventures.”

Additionally, the Broward County State’s Attorney’s Office confirmed that the case has now concluded, except for a traffic citation issued for double parking.

As previously reported, laboratory tests confirmed that the pills confiscated from Kodak were oxycodone, for which he possessed a legitimate prescription.

The news of the dismissal likely brings relief to Kodak, as reflected in his new single, “Stressed Out,” which may have aptly captured his mood prior to receiving the favorable outcome.
