David Beckham Takes Legal Action Against Mark Wahlberg’s F45 Fitness – Demanding $10 Million

Two fitness moguls are headed for a legal showdown as David Beckham takes Mark Wahlberg’s F45 Fitness company to court, seeking $10 million in damages.

Beckham’s firm, DB Ventures Ltd, asserts that F45 misled him into joining their ranks, a move facilitated by Wahlberg’s significant stake in the company and his role as its chief brand officer.

The relationship between Beckham and Wahlberg blossomed during Beckham’s tenure with the L.A. Galaxy, leading to Beckham’s appointment as F45’s Global Ambassador.

The allure? Beckham’s vast social media following was expected to exponentially boost the company’s visibility.

However, the partnership soured when Beckham allegedly failed to receive the promised $10 million, coinciding with a significant decline in the company’s stock value. Interestingly, Beckham’s promotional posts for F45 have since been removed.

Despite F45’s attempts to dismiss the lawsuit as fraudulent, the judge has allowed the case to proceed. Beckham isn’t the only one taking legal action against F45; Terrell Owens initiated a similar lawsuit in 2017, alleging that the company owed him $700,000.
