Jennifer Lopez was spotted house hunting this week, but noticeably absent from her side was her husband, Ben Affleck.
The actress and singer was seen in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, accompanied by a woman who appears to be her longtime producing partner, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas.
The duo was observed leaving a luxurious property in the neighborhood. While there may have been others present, Ben Affleck was definitely not among them. The reason for Jen’s house shopping excursion remains unclear.
It’s possible that Jennifer was simply accompanying Elaine or looking at houses on behalf of someone else.
It seems unlikely that she would be searching for a new home for herself, given that she and Ben purchased a sprawling estate in Beverly Hills last year.
The couple finalized the purchase of the $60 million mansion after considerable deliberation, and they moved in by last May, as evidenced by the moving trucks spotted at the property.
Considering their recent acquisition, it would be surprising for Jennifer to be exploring new homes for herself, especially without Ben’s presence.
This outing marks the second time recently that Jennifer has been seen without Ben. She attended the Met Gala solo last week, with reports indicating that Ben was absent due to filming commitments.
The couple, who tied the knot last year, have been navigating their busy schedules and high-profile careers, which sometimes means they aren’t always seen together.
Nonetheless, Jennifer’s latest house-hunting adventure has certainly sparked curiosity about her next move.
