Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Ordered to Adhere to Strict Closet Schedule Amid Divorce Proceedings
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are still living under the same roof but are maintaining significant distance from each other, including a coordinated schedule for accessing their shared closet.
According to new legal documents, a judge has established a formal plan dictating when each can use their closet in their Georgia home as they navigate their ongoing divorce. The documents state that Kim, the former ‘RHOA’ star, has exclusive access to the master bedroom closet from 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. During these hours, Kroy is strictly prohibited from entering the closet. While Kroy’s specific access times aren’t detailed, he is presumably allowed to use the closet outside of Kim’s designated hours.
This update comes nearly seven months after a judge initially ordered the couple to occupy separate sides of their family home due to frequent conflicts.
At that time, Kim was assigned to the basement/nanny suite, while Kroy stayed in the primary bedroom. They were also instructed to stay out of each other’s designated spaces without explicit permission.
Additionally, the new court order stipulates that neither Kim nor Kroy can sell, consign, dispose of, or trade any disputed or agreed-upon marital property for now.
Kim can access her personal items in the closet but cannot dispose of them. This restriction addresses Kroy’s complaints about Kim selling items for cash amid their financial struggles.
The couple’s home has faced foreclosure threats multiple times, and they are dealing with significant financial problems, including debts to the IRS and other creditors. This court order means they won’t be able to liquidate assets until their divorce is settled, which seems far from resolution.
