In fact, he’s making a point to be seen, stepping out in public and seemingly sending a message through his actions.
On Sunday, the rap mogul was spotted taking a leisurely stroll through his Miami neighborhood, looking unbothered as he smoked a cigar.
Dressed in an all-white outfit and wearing a medallion featuring a childhood photo of himself and his father, Diddy appeared to be making a statement with his appearance.
When approached by photographers, he simply responded with the word “Love,” supporting his sentiment by making the shape of the letter “L” with his hand.
Though it’s unclear what exactly he’s trying to convey, it seems evident that Diddy is not avoiding the public eye, even amidst widespread criticism.
This marks his first public appearance since the release of the hotel security footage showing him beating his ex-girlfriend, Cassie—a matter he addressed in a recent apology video.
Cassie’s lawyer criticized Diddy’s apology, calling it self-serving and insincere. Diddy is currently facing multiple allegations in several civil lawsuits, all of which he has vehemently denied.
His lawyer has described the recent raids on Diddy’s Miami and Los Angeles properties as a “witch hunt,” emphasizing that Diddy was not detained by authorities. Despite the mounting legal challenges, Diddy appears determined to maintain his public presence.
