Influencer Jasmine Yong’s 2-year-old son, Enzo, tragically drowned in a hotel pool after wandering outside their room while his parents napped.
During a Mother’s Day stay at a hotel on May 11, Jasmine and her husband decided to relax and take a nap. In a translated caption, Jasmine shared that Enzo had snuggled up next to them and drank his milk before falling asleep.
However, when the couple woke up, they realized Enzo was missing. Jasmine sensed something was wrong when she noticed the door to the indoor swimming pool, which had been locked, was now open.
Rushing to the pool, Jasmine found Enzo floating unresponsive in the water. Despite their attempts to perform CPR, they were unable to revive him.
Due to a poor network connection, they couldn’t contact the hotel, so they ran to the lobby with Enzo in their arms, asking staff to call an ambulance and provide first aid.
Enzo was taken to the hospital, where he briefly regained his heartbeat but remained in a coma. Tragically, he later passed away due to insufficient oxygen supply.
Jasmine shared her heartbreak, stating, “Our baby Enzo has become a happy little angel,” and thanked everyone for their prayers and blessings. She pleaded with her 472,000 followers not to exaggerate or misrepresent the events.

Jasmine began sharing the harrowing news on May 16, initially informing her followers that Enzo was in the intensive care unit without detailing the incident. She asked for prayers and strength, hoping for his recovery.
