Kanye West Under Battery Investigation Following Alleged Punching Incident on Ice
Kanye West might avoid legal trouble for allegedly punching a man at a renowned hotel last month, as all parties involved have stopped cooperating with authorities.
Law enforcement sources report that Kanye, along with twin brothers Mark and Jonnie Houston, have remained silent about the incident at the Chateau Marmont in April.
The incident occurred after Kanye allegedly punched one of the twins, mistakenly believing that one of them had assaulted his wife, Bianca Censori.
However, upon reviewing surveillance footage, police found no evidence of an assault on Bianca, concluding that it was likely an accidental bump.
Authorities needed cooperation from Mark, Jonnie, and Kanye to proceed with the investigation, but all three have ignored all communication attempts.
It is believed that Kanye and the twins may have resolved the matter privately, leading to the current lack of cooperation. As a result, there isn’t sufficient evidence for the police to refer the case to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office.
