Kim Zolciak Accuses Kroy of Phone Theft in Police Body Cam Footage
Kim Zolciak has accused her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, of taking her personal belongings once again, leading to another police intervention captured on body cam footage.
According to a police report, officers from the Milton Police Department were dispatched to Kim and Kroy’s family home, which is currently facing foreclosure, due to a domestic disturbance call.
Kim reported that Kroy had taken her cellphone and locked himself in the master bedroom, where he resides following a recent court order that requires them to stay in separate parts of the house.
Kim told the officers she couldn’t retrieve her phone because Kroy wouldn’t return it. Although she clarified that no physical altercation had occurred, she felt it necessary to involve the police.
Body cam footage from the late April incident supports the police report, showing Kim expressing her frustration over their “horrible divorce” and accusing Kroy of going through her personal items.
In the video, she states, “This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense. I deal with it every single day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. It’s just, enough is enough.”
Kim’s distress is also evident in a 911 call, where she sounds tearful as she complains about the lack of privacy in her home.
The footage shows officers attempting to mediate the situation by speaking with Kroy, who refused to come out of his bedroom and denied having Kim’s phone or disclosing its location.
Without a copy of the court order and with no evidence of physical confrontation, the police visit did not result in any action.
This incident mirrors a similar one from January when Kim accused Kroy of stealing her items to sell them. That accusation was also captured on police footage, with Kroy’s lawyer denying the claims as false. A similar situation occurred in November, also recorded on body cam.
The ongoing drama between Kim and Kroy includes serious financial issues and scheduled closet time due to their marital woes.
