Tiffany Haddish once made a risqué proposition to Leonardo DiCaprio, but with a playful twist that raised eyebrows.
During an appearance on “The Howard Stern Show” on Thursday, the comedian shared the humorous details of her first encounter with DiCaprio.
Haddish revealed she jokingly told the actor, “I want to f***, but only if you’re in character from ‘What’s Eating Gilbert Grape.'”
DiCaprio’s role in the 1993 film, where he portrayed Arnie Grape, a young boy with special needs, was central to Haddish’s cheeky condition.
The comment left Howard Stern both amused and incredulous, prompting him to challenge Haddish’s boldness. Co-host Robin Quivers chimed in, agreeing that DiCaprio was endearing even as Arnie.
Haddish further stirred the pot by joking about her preference for men with “a little bit of a disability.” While she humorously admitted she’s still working on convincing DiCaprio, Haddish, at 44, recognized that she might not fit his usual dating profile. Currently, DiCaprio is involved with 26-year-old Italian model Vittoria Ceretti.
Undeterred by DiCaprio’s potential disinterest, Haddish indicated she’s keeping her options open, expressing interest in other Hollywood heartthrobs like Michael B. Jordan, Usher, Brad Pitt, and Henry Cavill. As she humorously puts it, Haddish is definitely “open for business!”
