NBA Player Patrick Patterson’s Los Angeles Home Targeted in Burglary

The Los Angeles-area home of former NBA player Patrick Patterson was burglarized last week, prompting an active search for the perpetrators by local authorities.

According to law enforcement sources, the burglary occurred shortly before midnight on June 7. Two men, dressed in black clothing and wearing masks and gloves, were captured by Patterson’s security cameras as they infiltrated the property.

The intruders were seen rifling through the ex-Toronto Raptors forward’s home, filling two large bags with valuables before fleeing the scene just moments before LAPD officers arrived.

Details regarding the stolen items remain unclear, but initial reports suggest the suspects escaped in a Kia vehicle.

The police have filed a report and launched a thorough investigation into the incident. However, no arrests have been made so far.

Patrick Patterson, who began his NBA career in 2010 as the 14th overall pick by the Houston Rockets, enjoyed a ten-year tenure in the league.

He played for several teams, including the Sacramento Kings, Toronto Raptors, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Los Angeles Clippers, amassing 4,782 career points.

Patterson’s home is the latest in a series of high-profile burglaries targeting current and former athletes in the Los Angeles area, adding to concerns about the safety of prominent figures in the city.
