A white woman on TikTok, Lilly Gaddis, has been fired from her job after a video surfaced of her using a racial slur and making derogatory remarks. Many believe she deserves this outcome, especially after her refusal to apologize for her comments.

In a recent TikTok video, Lilly Gaddis shared a cooking segment where she remarked, “Everyone I know that is married right now is married to broke-ass n*****.”

She also made disparaging comments about “dumb whores” and “immigrants fresh off the boat looking for a green card.”

Gaddis claimed her intent was to counter the stereotype that women are gold diggers by highlighting what she saw as examples of women marrying financially unstable men. However, her use of a racial slur and offensive language sparked significant backlash.

In response to the outcry, Gaddis posted a follow-up video acknowledging that her comments had upset a community but remained unapologetic.

She stated, “The backlash made me do a deep dive and soul search, and after all that, I still couldn’t find a care.”

Her remarks caught the attention of her employer, Rophe of the Carolinas, a home healthcare company based in Wilmington, North Carolina.

The company, which is owned and operated by a Black woman and an immigrant, promptly terminated her from her position as a marketing and sales manager.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the company emphasized their commitment to inclusivity and firmly distanced themselves from Gaddis’s behavior.

Gaddis, however, appeared unfazed by her firing. She announced her termination on social media last Friday, sarcastically stating, “Oh no, I just got fired! #mob.”

She also criticized those who were offended by her language, arguing that her dismissal was an infringement on her First Amendment rights, indicating her refusal to retract her statements.
