Christina Ricci is putting her Los Angeles area home up for sale with a notable price tag, potentially doubling her investment.
Ricci listed her Woodland Hills, CA residence on Monday for $2.249 million, aiming to make a significant profit on her 2018 purchase of the property for $1.1 million.
The actress’s meticulously renovated home, with the help of celebrity interior designer Jeff Lewis, is a luxury showcase that appeared on the second season of Lewis’s show, *”Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis,”* on Amazon Freevee.
The 2,700-square-foot home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms and boasts a modern open floor plan that integrates a state-of-the-art kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a stylish living room.
Highlights include a primary bathroom adorned with black and white floral wallpaper, creating a striking contrast with its all-white fixtures.
