Sources connected to law enforcement report that Justin Timberlake was at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, where he was partying.
Shortly after leaving the venue around 12:30 AM, Timberlake reportedly blew through a stop sign. Officers observed the violation and began following his vehicle. He was seen swerving before being pulled over.
According to our sources, officers conducted a field sobriety test and requested that Timberlake take a breathalyzer test, which he refused.
Several of Timberlake’s friends arrived at the scene and attempted to persuade the officers to let him go without charges, but their efforts were unsuccessful.
Timberlake was subsequently handcuffed and arrested, an incident that was captured on the officers’ body cameras.
