Last week, Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor, expressing concern to the arresting officer, “This is going to ruin the tour.”

As reported, JT was pulled over after leaving a party, failed the field sobriety test, and refused a breathalyzer.
He was handcuffed, taken to jail, and later arraigned on a DWI charge. Additionally, he was cited for blowing through a stop sign and swerving while driving. Timberlake has since pled not guilty to the charges.
