NAF Helicopter Crashes in Kaduna – Pilot Survives

A Nigerian Air Force (NAF) helicopter reportedly crashed on the morning of Monday, July 1, in Tami village, located within Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

According to local residents, the crash was preceded by a loud noise that woke the community. Rushing to the scene, they found the pilot emerging from the wreckage, miraculously alive.

“A team of Nigerian Air Force officers arrived promptly to secure the crash site and commence an initial investigation,” said a resident who witnessed the scene.

“They quickly cordoned off the area to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of villagers. The officers started preliminary assessments to determine the cause of the crash, which remains unknown at this time.”

As of now, the Nigerian Air Force has not issued an official statement regarding the incident.
