We’re honoured that Madam Justice Beverley McLachlin, Professor Cheryl Saunders, Professor Gerald Postema and Professor Han Dayuan have agreed to ship the keynotes for us at this Discussion board.
The ACLF is held as soon as each two years below the auspices of the Affiliation for Asian Constitutional Regulation Research. Our School of Regulation hosted the 4th ACLF in December 2011; the Institutum Iurisprudentiae of the Academia Sinica in Taipei hosted the ninth ACLF in Could 2022. The tenth ACLF (“the Discussion board”) will probably be divided into plenary classes and parallel classes.
