ASPSF Welcomes Christi Brown as Program Supervisor

Fort Smith, Ark. (June 21, 2023) — Statewide nonprofit Arkansas Single Mum or dad Scholarship Fund is happy to announce a brand new staff member.

Christi Brown began June 5 because the Program Supervisor for ASPSF West Area, which covers Crawford, Franklin, Johnson, Logan, Scott, and Sebastian counties.

As Program Supervisor, Christi will oversee volunteers; ship scholarships, workshops, and sources to single mother or father college students; and conduct native fundraising actions inside the six-county area.

“The possibility to advocate for scholarship assist for single dad and mom is so thrilling,” Christi mentioned. “I’m accustomed to the acute want in Arkansas and the significance of offering alternatives for achievement in larger schooling. Earlier than coming to ASPSF, Christi was the Institutional Assistant/Scholarship Administrator on the Arkansas Tech College Basis. She’s on the board of administrators for the Johnson County Neighborhood Basis and South Central Highland Cattle Affiliation. She beforehand served as a board member for Serving to Our Children, Inc.
