Volunteer Jennifer Scott ‘helps with every thing,’ ASPSF program supervisor says

Arkansas Single Mother or father Scholarship Fund is grateful for volunteers like Jennifer Scott of Boone County.

“Jennifer helps with every thing,” ASPSF Program Supervisor Kim Paul-Williams stated. “She has helped with the United Manner golf match and Trip the Ozarks Rally yearly. She additionally helps with purposes, evaluations, interviews, fundraising, every thing!”

To thank Jennifer, ASPSF has named her because the April 2023 Volunteer of the Month. 

The six-year volunteer is a former scholarship recipient, mom to 5 children between the ages of 14-28, and loves assembly ASPSF college students and their households. She purchased her first house when she was 40 years outdated and plans to return to high school for her bachelor’s diploma. 

“Anybody can do it,” stated Jennifer about returning to high school. “I remind college students that it’s going to all be value it for them and their households.” 

She added: “I like working with Kim, and all of our volunteers. We have now a fantastic group!”

Thanks, Jennifer, for giving again to ASPSF and serving to single mother or father households on their journey to a greater life!
