Operatives of the Onikan Division of Lagos Police Command have arrested one Suspect, Yakubu Yusuf, for vandalising a phase of the Third Mainland Bridge railings.
This was disclosed in an announcement on X.com by the Lagos State Police Command on Wednesday.
In line with the assertion, Yusuf was arrested following info obtained by the division on the actions of some vandals working alongside the Previous College of Nursing space of the Third Mainland Bridge.
The assertion reads, “Officers of Onikan Division after receiving info of the actions of some vandals who had been vandalizing the railings of the bridge by Previous College of Nursing inward Third Mainland Bridge, arrested one Yakubu Yusuf ‘m’ aged 28 and twenty one (21) lengthy items of aluminum railings had been recovered.”
The assertion revealed investigation is ongoing to arrest different suspects
It added, “Investigation is on to arrest different fleeing suspects.”
