- Pure maple syrup (for serving)
Instructions. Mix the entire dry elements completely in a batter bowl. Add the moist elements and blend. Batter will probably be barely lumpy. Pour four-inch circles of batter onto a sizzling griddle or pan, flip when batter turns into bubbly. These will prepare dinner only a minute or two, relying in your pan. I used a forged iron griddle and biscuit types to make these completely spherical, however any pan will do.
