TMZ obtained footage of Cardi living her finest life at The Stafford Room in NYC early Sunday morning the place she was movin’ and groovin’. However, eyewitnesses inform us issues took a flip when the DJ gave a shoutout to Offset being in the home … which apparently startled Cardi.
