Monty Don has revealed he was rushed to hospital with a thriller sickness over the weekend.
The 69-year-old presenter introduced the information in an Instagram video as he apologised for cancelling a couple of tour dates final minute.
Monty, who suffered a minor stroke in 2008, admitted he was being monitored in hospital for 3 days.
He mentioned: ‘I’m so sorry to have upset all these individuals who have been going to return and see me in Exeter and Truro and Tub and Nottingham.
‘However on Friday afternoon I used to be rushed to A&E. I used to be stored within the hospital over Saturday, Sunday and Monday and needed to have drips and all the remainder of it.
‘However I got here house final night time, I am feeling significantly better and going to spend the subsequent few days quietly recuperating right here at house.

‘Hopefully by the weekend, I will be again to full health.’
