Doguwa apologises to Osun APC, says feedback on Adeleke used for political good points

A member of the Home of Representatives,  Alhassan Ado-Doguwa on Tuesday apologised to the Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress for feedback made on the 2024 Ede Day celebrations.

He added that his feedback had been intentionally used for political good points by the ruling Peoples Democratic Occasion within the state.

“The PDP in Osun misused my feedback to go well with their native political struggles. This was a deliberate try to realize political benefit.

“I want to tender my unreserved apologies to our APC household in Osun State. Please settle for my heartfelt apologies. By God’s grace, the times of the PDP are numbered in Osun State. In 2026, our social gathering will bounce again within the state, Insha Allah,” he stated.

The Osun APC had accused Ado-Doguwa of demarketing the social gathering whereas representing the Speaker, Tajudeen Abass on the celebrations.

He was reported to have praised Governor Demola Adeleke for his large strides within the state saying “It seems to me that Osun is sort of a no-go space.”.

Reacting in a press release he signed on Tuesday, the Kano lawmaker reiterated  his unwavering help for the APC

He said, “I stay the chief promoter of the All Progressives Congress throughout the nation, together with in Osun State.

He urged his fellow APC members in Osun to simply accept his apologies, stating that his feedback had been misinterpreted and he by no means meant to undermine the social gathering.

“I by no means meant to embarrass or criticize my mom’s social gathering in any approach,” he assured
