The U.S. Division of Schooling has named the six inaugural winners of its Postsecondary Success Recognition Program, which had been chosen out of a pool of 200 establishments invited to use, in line with a Thursday information launch.
This system, which was launched final April, goals to reward establishments that “are enrolling underserved pupil populations, facilitating profitable pupil transfers and completions, and equipping graduates for careers that result in financial mobility,” Thursday’s announcement said.
The winners embody three affiliate diploma–granting establishments—CUNY Hostos Neighborhood Faculty, Miami Dade Faculty and Salish Kootenai Faculty—and three bachelor’s diploma–granting establishments: San José State College, the College of South Carolina and the College of Texas at Arlington.
