Aubrey O’Day Slams Diddy for Exposing Kids to Graphic Trial
Aubrey O’Day, former member of the girl group Danity Kane and one-time protégé of Sean “Diddy” Combs, has publicly condemned the music mogul for allowing his children to attend court during graphic testimony in his ongoing federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial.
Speaking on the Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes Present podcast, O’Day, 41, blasted Combs, 55, for what she described as a disturbing and manipulative decision.
She expressed deep concern over the fact that six of Combs’ seven children — Quincy (33), Justin (31), Christian (27), Chance (19), and 18-year-old twins Jessie and D’Lila — have been present in court while highly explicit and unsettling details about their father’s alleged sexual behavior have been revealed.
Combs’ youngest child, Love, is just two and a half years old.
“I don’t know any father who would want his kids to sit through that kind of testimony,” O’Day said.
“Hearing things about their dad watching people get urinated on, or seeing bodily fluids rubbed on someone’s chest — no child should have to sit through that, no matter how old they are.”
She accused Combs of using his children as part of a calculated legal strategy to influence public perception and the jury’s emotions.
“It’s clearly a defense tactic — having them march into court, praying, walking in with supportive women. It’s all for optics,” she said.
O’Day also criticized what she views as Combs’ manipulative behavior, likening it to the same coercive patterns he’s accused of using on alleged victims.
“It seems to me like he’s being selfish again — needing his children there for his own image, regardless of what they have to endure. That’s not protection, that’s exploitation.”
She described the overall dynamic as narcissistic and ego-driven, adding, “It’s always been about what Diddy wants — and that hasn’t changed.”
Notably, O’Day has confirmed she will not be testifying in the case, but has been an outspoken critic of Combs as his legal troubles escalate.
