“I Won’t Hire Men Who Sag” – Businesswoman Declares

A Nigerian businesswoman, Chioma Ifeanyi-Eze, has publicly stated that she would not consider hiring any young man who wears sagging trousers, describing the fashion trend as inappropriate for a professional environment.

Taking to her Facebook page, Ifeanyi-Eze explained her stance, emphasizing that appearance matters, especially in customer-facing roles.

“Honestly, I cannot employ a young man who sags his trousers,” she wrote. “I don’t think it’s a good sight to expose my customers to.

He either pulls his trousers to the right place or he gets hired by someone else. No hard feelings.”

Her remarks have sparked conversation online, with some supporting her preference for professional dress codes in the workplace, while others see it as an issue of personal expression and generational style differences.

Chioma Ifeanyi-Eze is known for her work in business development and financial literacy, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises.
