Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has declared her intention to take legal action against her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko, following his recent statements online.
According to reports, the politician had denied allegations of assault on his social media pages and instead accused Regina and her family of involvement in drug use.
In her response, Regina noted the irony of Nwoko’s claims, stating that he once encouraged her to indulge in drugs because it made her appear more attractive and passionate.

She accused him of repeatedly forcing himself on her, locking her up, confiscating her phones, and labeling her mentally unstable whenever she attempted to end their relationship.
The actress further admitted on her Instagram story that she had indeed used drugs but claimed it was under her husband’s influence.

She questioned whether she had been using drugs when she married him at the age of 17, emphasizing that her decisions were shaped by his control.
Regina stated that although her reputation has been damaged, she is determined to reclaim her narrative. She vowed not to give up and promised to continue her fight in court.
