Human rights activist, Onwuka Princewill Chimezie has filed a lawsuit against critic Verydarkman over donation to his non‑governmental (NGO) account.
It would be recalled that Verydarkman opened an NGO account in October 2024 aimed at improving infrastructure in public schools across Nigeria.
Details Of The Lawsuit
In a viral Facebook post, Onwuka Princewill Chimezie alleged that Verydarkman lured him into sending ₦50,000 to the NGO account in 2025.
The post revealed that he has filed a lawsuit against Verydarkman in the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Following VDM’s failure to make a proper account for the money I deposited in his NGO account, my team of lawyers have sued him before the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
I have no guns and bombs to coerce VDM to account for the money he lured me to pay into his bank account, I only have the court of justice, being the last hope of the common man.
Meanwhile, Verydarkman is yet to respond to the lawsuit.
The lawsuit comes after VeryDarkMan’s heated social‑media exchange with billionaire entrepreneur, Blord.
The drama ensued after Verydarkman called out Blord for allegedly selling a refurbished iPhone XR as the new iPhone 17 Pro.
