Lady raises alarm after sister allegedly escapes organ harvesters in Abuja

AdminBy AdminJanuary 15, 2026Updated:January 15, 2026No Comments2 Mins Read

A Nigerian lady identified on social media as @onoja_cee has shared a harrowing account of how her sister narrowly escaped death after allegedly being kidnapped by suspected organ harvesters in Abuja.

In a detailed post explaining her recent absence online, Onoja_cee said her family lived through a traumatic 48-hour ordeal after her sister, an intern at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) headquarters, was abducted while commuting from Gwarimpa.

According to her account, the young woman boarded what appeared to be a regular cab. While inside the vehicle, she was allegedly sprayed with a chemical substance that caused dizziness and loss of consciousness.

She later woke up in a forest, where she was reportedly held captive and told she would be killed for her organs.

The victim was allegedly forced to hear the screams of other women being killed while in captivity, heightening the fear that she would be next. However, a dramatic turn of events reportedly saved her life.

Onoja_cee explained that the woman assigned to carry out the killing checked her sister’s identification card and recognized her family name. She claimed the woman revealed that Onoja_cee’s mother had once been her school matron and had shown her exceptional kindness years earlier.

Moved by this past act of kindness, the woman allegedly decided to help the victim escape, despite the risk to her own life. She reportedly assisted her in sending an SOS message to her nanny and helped her flee from the forest.

Meanwhile, as the family and a Chief Security Officer from the victim’s place of internship began a search,

Onoja_cee said her mother received a distressing message claiming her daughter’s lifeless body had been found by the roadside.

Moments later, the family discovered that although she was found injured and covered in blood, she was alive.
