JOSIE Gibson looked incredible in her skinny jeans as she showed off her 5 stone weight loss after opening up on her health condition.
The TV presenter recently revealed she has been diagnosed with lipoedema — which causes an abnormal accumulation of fat in the legs.
Josie took to Instagram to share an update with her fans and said: “I would like to apologise to anyone I haven’t got back too, just know that I will.
“I’ve been working on something really special and the schedule has been so full on but my god its going to be so worth it.
“Loving this new project and I cant wait to share the news soon.”
Alongside the post, the TV star shared a stunning image of herself.
Dressed casually in skinny jeans, beige T-shirt and green ski jacket – the former Big Brother star looked incredible.
Her fans rushed to comment and one wrote: “Stunning Josie.”
A second said: “Always my amazing queen in many ways, hope you’re having a great Monday.”
A third exclaimed: “Always stunningly beautiful.”
While a fourth said: “Looking absolutely stunning Josie hope you are keeping better xx such a beautiful lady.”
Josie recently underwent surgery, which involved liposuction, a procedure that helps remove stubborn, localised fat deposits from areas of the body.
She revealed last month she had lipoedema which affects her weight after years of battling her own body.
She said she is “constantly fighting my genetics” as she shared a powerful workout video with fans and told them about her condition for the first time.
The 40-year-old star – who previouslyslimmed from a size 20 to a size 8– posted the clip on Instagram, showing herself powering through a gruelling gym session.
In the footage, Josie looked determined as she sprinted on a treadmill, lifted weights and pushed through intense core exercises, saying she hoped the post would “inspire someone out there”.
Captioning the video, the mother of one wrote: “I was diagnosed with lipoedema last year which I always knew anyway.
“So the fight is real as my body retains fat unlike a normal body should.
“I have not shared because I thought it looked pretty obvious anyway.”
She continued: “I have been working out more and here is a circuit I completed at the @anantaramaikhao gym.. I would love to build a gym like this.”
Josie added: “Hope this inspires someone out there…not that I think I’m an inspiration…
“I’m just one of those who is constantly fighting my genetics.”
According to the NHS, lipoedema is a long-term condition affecting fat and connective tissue.
It causes a build-up in the legs, hips, bottom and sometimes the arms.
It affects both sides of the body equally and is far more common in women than men.
For some, the condition can significantly impact daily life, physical health and emotional wellbeing.
