A lady has stirred massive reactions online after narrating what she described as a faith-shaking experience at a hospital casualty ward.
The young woman, identified as Takalani Chairo, took to Facebook to recount how a routine hospital visit with her son turned into a moment she believes she will never forget.
Rushed to the Hospital
According to her, the incident began around 4:00am when her son complained of heart pain and asked to see a doctor.
Although she initially hesitated because she was familiar with his usual complaints, she eventually decided to take him to the hospital.
She revealed that during the journey, he even fell asleep, making her consider turning back, but she still proceeded to the casualty unit.
“This was taken today at 04:00am. This guy was struggling to sleep and said his heart was hurting he wants a dr. I try to avoid the hospital thing because well I know my son. But ok I end up going there, even though I wanted to turn back because he then slept while we were on our way. But I ended up at casualty.”
A Heartbreaking Scene
While waiting, she said a distraught woman suddenly rushed in carrying what appeared to be her lifeless daughter, estimated to be about seven or eight years old.
The emotional cries of the grieving mother reportedly filled the entire ward, leaving everyone shaken.
“2 hours later a woman comes in screaming frantically, like that cry that cuts deep, with a dead daughter (7/8 years old). My heart instantly broke into pieces, thinking about the pain this woman is probably in.”
Doctors Declare Child Dead
According to her narration, doctors later informed the mother that the child had indeed died, prompting another piercing scream that left many in tears.
However, moments later, the mother reportedly began praying loudly, calling on God and declaring her faith.
“The Drs come out and confirm to the mother that her daughter is indeed DEAD She let out another deafening scream. But a few seconds later she broke into serious loud prayer… ‘Lord remember me! Lord remember me! It’s me your servant, I have served you faithfully Lord, you are not a man that you can lie.’”
Prayer Changes the Atmosphere
Moved by the woman’s faith, Takalani said she also joined in the prayers as the mother continued praying intensely, even speaking in tongues.
“At that point I ask myself, why am I just seating here in tears, I join the prayer! She starts praying in tongues, I join her!”
A Shocking Turn
About an hour and a half later, she said doctors returned with unexpected news.
The child reportedly came back to life and was being prepared for admission into the Intensive Care Unit
The mother screamed in gratitude, praising God for what she believed was a miracle.
“1.5 hours later the Drs come back, she sees them and asks ‘Is she alive?’… the answer Yesss we are finding her a bed in ICU. Shooo, She let out another scream thanking God and shouting Jesus You are faithful!”
A Life-Changing Moment
The witness said the experience strengthened her faith, adding that she would never forget the moment she believed she saw a miracle happen before her eyes.
“I recommend Jesus. In fact I highly recommend Jesus . For the mere fact that I witnessed a miracle — the dead coming back to life? With my own two eyes. The power of prayer! I know there’s a 1% chance that woman will see this, but yooooo she changed my life — I’ll never forget this day!”
Her story has since sparked waves of reactions online, with many expressing amazement, while others shared mixed opinions about the extraordinary story.
