Brianna Otero joins ASPSF as Ouachita Area Program Supervisor

Brianna Otero is now the Program Supervisor for the ASPSF Ouachita Area, masking Clark, Dallas, Garland, Grant, Sizzling Spring, Howard, Montgomery, Pike, and Polk counties.
