Dan Hennessey, a veteran Canadian voice actor behind many iconic cartoon characters, has died, TMZ has realized.
Dan’s household tells TMZ … he died Wednesday at house in his sleep from problems related to Parkinson’s illness.
You’ve positively heard his voice sooner or later — he voiced Chief Quimby on “Inspector Gadget,” George Raccoon on “The Raccoons,” Father Bear on “Little Bear” and Braveheart on “The Care Bears.”
He additionally lent his voice to a ton of different characters, together with roles in “RoboCop,” “Babar,” “Beetlejuice,” and “X-Males: The Animated Sequence.”
Dan’s family members are remembering him as “an unimaginable son, brother, husband, father, good friend, and performer.”
