This December, Arkansas Single Dad or mum Scholarship Fund is proud to honor Carla McFadden because the Volunteer of the Month for her dedication and fervour for supporting single mum or dad college students.
As a former single mum or dad, Carla understands firsthand the challenges confronted by the people ASPSF helps. And because the Director of Profession Pathways Initiative on the College of Arkansas Monticello, she is keen about serving to all mother and father return to highschool.
“I grew to become a volunteer as a result of being a former single mum or dad has made me keen about this system,” she stated. “Somebody had to assist me once I was a single mum or dad. That is my method of paying it ahead.”
