Invoice Maher Reacts To California Slicing Crimson Tape After L.A. Wildfires

Invoice Maher has a query for California Governor Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass … why does it take an enormous catastrophe for the state to chop pink tape?!?
