Prince Andrew Faces Personal Prosecution Over Epstein Scandal as Stress Mounts on Disgraced Royal

Prince Andrew is reportedly going through a personal prosecution as calls intensify for renewed scrutiny of his previous ties with convicted intercourse offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Marketing campaign group Republic introduced on Thursday that it had instructed legal professionals to pursue authorized motion in opposition to the Duke of York over alleged sexual assault, corruption, and misconduct in public workplace.

The transfer follows revelations in Virginia Giuffre’s posthumous memoir, No person’s Lady, during which she claimed she was compelled to have intercourse with Andrew on three events. The Metropolitan Police had beforehand reviewed the allegations however concluded there was not sufficient proof to warrant a full investigation. Andrew has constantly denied all accusations.

Republic’s CEO, Graham Smith, described the choice to launch a personal prosecution as “a devastating indictment of the UK’s felony justice system,” accusing authorities of ignoring severe claims.

“I firmly imagine there may be adequate proof to justify a severe investigation,” Smith stated. “Politicians and legislation enforcement appear intent on trying the opposite means whereas downplaying the allegations in opposition to Andrew.”

In the meantime, the royal faces recent controversy over his residence on the Royal Lodge. The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has written to the Treasury and the Crown Property, questioning whether or not his “peppercorn hire” represents good worth for taxpayers.

The letter follows rising stress for King Charles’s brother to vacate the property, as public and parliamentary criticism over his residing preparations and continued royal privileges intensifies.
