The Super Eagles camp in Rabat nears full capacity ahead of Nigeria’s crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying playoff against Gabon, following the arrival of all invited players, including star striker Victor Osimhen.

Final arrivals complete the squad

Team officials confirmed on Tuesday evening that 23 players have now checked into camp, remaining Maduka Okoye. The late arrivals join their teammates for full training under head coach Eric Chelle at the Institut Royal de Formation des Cadres in Rabat.

Earlier updates indicated that 18 players, including Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, Samuel Chukwueze, and Wilfred Ndidi, had already reported to camp.

The latest arrivals, led by Osimhen, ensure the squad is now almost complete as preparations intensify for the all-important clash with Gabon.
