Nollywood actress, Doris Ogala has stirred deep emotions online after opening up about her heartbreaking ordeals, revealing that she is not okay, contrary to what many people assume.

In an emotional outburst on her Instagram page, Doris said people keep expecting her to be strong, accusing her of acting or creating content, when in reality, she is struggling deeply with pain and trauma.

According to her, it is not okay to experience repeated miscarriages, not okay to be locked up or detained, and not okay to endure a bitter marriage.

She lamented that people keep blaming her for speaking up, instead of listening to her pain.

“Everybody thinks I should be strong. Everybody thinks I should be okay. Everybody thinks I’m acting or creating content. But it’s not okay… I’m not okay.”

In a follow-up post, she made another disturbing statement, hinting that she feels close to giving up, as she admitted she is tired of hanging on.

Doris further accused Pastor Chris Okafor of causing her severe emotional harm, claiming he has done “so many bad things” to her that she may no longer be able to speak freely about them.

“Chris Okafor has done so many bad things to me that I might not be able to speak. Everything is not okay.”

Her post has since gone viral, sparking massive reactions across social media.

Many Nigerians expressed concern for her mental and emotional well-being, urging her to seek help and support.

One user wrote, “This is no longer social media drama. This is a cry for help.” Another commented, “People need to stop mocking pain. She sounds exhausted.”

However, others called for caution, urging all parties involved to allow legal and proper channels address the situation.
