According to bargain hunters, ASDA is “the new Oliver Bonas” but for a “fraction” of the price.
Shoppers are going wild for the supermarket’s new affordable homeware collection, with plenty of beautiful buys from just £3, and according to many, the pieces are “so fun.”
Numerous content creators have taken to social media to show off their favourite buys from the collection, with many stunned by the affordable prices and maximalist designs.
Posting on TikTok, a woman named Alice, who loves “maximalist styling,” gave her followers a close-up look at some of the new-in buys, which look strikingly similar to the items you can expect to find in Oliver Bonas.

Alongside her post, she wrote: “PSA: ASDA is literally Oliver Bonas for a FRACTION of the cost.”
Not only did Alice spot a stylish green photo frame that’s priced at just £4, but she also found a trinket trays for £3 and a £10 sardine pillow that’s bound to impress guests.
Posting under the username @tinypinkterrace, Alice was particularly impressed by a ‘Busy Doing Nothing’ pillow, to which she said: “It’s giving ‘Sophie Robinson for Dunelm’ but was just £10.”
The ASDA shopper made sure to pick up some cow print table mats and also laid her eyes on stunning glassware that’s perfect for a night in with the girls and looks super luxe.
Gobsmacked by the stunning range, Alice beamed: “If you buy your homeware from Oliver Bonas then you are literally getting ripped off.
“I can’t believe these finds in ASDA today???? You best believe the entire cow print kitchen set came home with me.
“I wish I’d bought the floral cushion and bolster pillow too!”
Another content creator named Izzy Tollett, who describes herself as a “design devotee” and posts online under the username @tellebasii, was also left beaming with ASDA’s collection.

She said: “Asda’s budget rangeis easy to spot as it’s bright yellow! Keep your eyes peeled for yellow and you’ll find their Just Essentials range.
“It’s great value and I’ve found it has a much wider selection of budget items compared to other supermarkets.

The savvy-saver also presses on the importance of signing up to Asda’s reward scheme.
She said: “Asda Rewards is free to join and if you shop at Asda you should absolutely sign up.
“As an Asda Rewards member, you’ll get exclusive discounts and offers, and you’ll also be able to earn 10% cashback on Star Products.
“This will go straight into your cashpot, and once you’ve earned at least £1, you can transfer the money in your cashpot into ASDA vouchers.

Eilish always suggests thatshoppers looking to buy boozelook out for bargain deals.
She said: “Asda often has an alcohol offer on: buy six bottles and save 25%.
“The offer includes selected bottles with red, white and rose options, as well as prosecco. There are usually lots of popular bottles included, for example, Oyster Bay Hawkes Bay Merlot, Oyster Bay Hawkes Bay Merlot and Freixenet Prosecco D.O.C.
“Obviously, the more expensive the bottles you choose, the more you save.”

The savvy saver also recommends that fans of Asda joinFacebook groupsto keep in the know about the latest bargains in-store.
Eilish said: “I recommend joining theLatest Deals Facebook Groupto find out about the latest deals and new launches in store.
“Every day, more than 250,000 deal hunters share their latest bargain finds and new releases.
“For example, recently a member shared a picture of Asda’s new Barbie range spotted in store.
“Another member shared the bargain outdoor plants she picked up, including roses for 47p, blackcurrant bushes for 14p and topiary trees for 14p.”
Stunned by the Party Pantry Reversible Duvet Set, which starts at just £10 and the £12 Pickle Jar-Shaped Cushion, Izzy gushed: “Not ASDA becoming the new Oliver Bonas…”
As well as this, the savvy shopper penned: “ASDA babes your new buyer, whoever they are – give them a raise!!”
