HELEN Flanagan opened up on the time one of her Coronation Street co-stars allegedly sent her off set in tears.
The actress, who has long been open about her battle with anxiety, is speaking about her life in a new autobiography, Head And Heart: Break-ups, Breakdowns and Being Rosie.
The book which chronicles her life as a newly single, mum of three and her role as Rosie Webster on the ITV soap hits shops on January 29.
Now in a newly released excerpt from the book, Helen describes the moment she was sent crying from the Corrie set after a fellow actor made a jibe about her mental health.
“The actor Antony Cotton, who played barman Sean Tully, once reduced me to tears when he took the mickey out of the fact I was on medication,” she wrote.
“‘Here comes Helen Flanagan,’ he said. ‘You hear her rattling before you see her.’ To him it was a joke for a few cheap laughs, but this was my life.
