Veteran Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has revealed that she once received a car as a giftwhile married, and her husband had no issue with it.
Speaking during an interview, the actress explained that women, especially public figures, often have admirers who give them gifts.

She added that men also receive support and gifts from admirers, though women tend to experience it more frequently.
Omotola disclosed that she had been gifted a car even after getting married. When asked how her husband reacted, she questioned why she would return the gift, describing her husband as a very secure person.
The actress, who has been married to Matthew Ekeinde for decades, emphasized that confidence and security are essential in a marriage, especially when one partner is a public figure.

“Women dey get admirers. Men too get admirers wey dey help them, but women have more. Me wey be married woman sef, I know how many people wey don dash me things. Women and men oo, no be just men. People wey go just see me say ‘Omotola I’m sending you this. Them don dash me car before”
The interviewer asked, “When you don marry?”
She responded in the affirmative, “Mhm”
“Wetin your husband talk?” the interviewer asked.

“Wetin happen make I go return the car? My husband is the most secure man. Think am na. How you go marry Omo s£xy if you no secure. He’s the most secure human being you can ever meet.”
