My passport is expiring soon, someone take me out of Nigeria – Lady cries out

AdminBy AdminNovember 16, 2025Updated:November 17, 2025No Comments2 Mins Read

A Nigerian woman has gone viral after passionately pleading to be taken out of the country as her passport nears expiration.

In a heartfelt video shared by @yabaleftonline on X (formerly Twitter), she expressed her frustrations with life in Nigeria, highlighting exhaustion from daily struggles.

“Can someone please take me out of this country? I am tired, this country is not for me. My passport is expiring very soon, and I’m tired of renewing it every five years. I’m not lazy, I have a lot of things to offer.”

She added that she could adapt to any job and contribute meaningfully anywhere, but it must be outside Nigeria.

“I can be your personal driver, I can cook, I can be your personal chef or personal assistant. I’ll carry your bag everywhere, I don’t mind. I can barb, do hair, fix nails. I’m tired of this country. I can do anything as long as I am out of this country.”

Her emotional plea quickly captured the attention of social media users, with reactions pouring in. One commentator wrote, “I felt her pain, Nigeria don tire everybody.” Another added, “This country is draining… I don’t blame her at all.”

The video has since generated broader conversations about the pressures of living in Nigeria, the desire to migrate (japa), and the emotional toll of daily life in the country.
