Chelsea are linked with Harvey Barnes
It has been reported by a Spanish outlet that the Blues have eyes set on Newcastle star Harvey Barnes.
In fact, as per the report, Chelsea have even made an offer worth £53m for the Magpies attacker.
It is said that Chelsea see Barnes as the perfect long-term signing to a team full of exciting youngsters.
It was reported last year that Newcastle are willing to sell Barnes.
However, recent reports suggest that the club will not be keen on selling Barnes unless a more attractive offer is made which makes it hard for them to turn down.
