Content creator Baba Orobo has publicly called out comedian and skit maker Nasboi, alleging that he was disrespected after requesting transport fare for a job.
In a video circulating on social media, Baba Orobo claimed he had worked with Nasboi since 2022 and often travelled to Lekki for collaborations.
According to him, he was invited to perform at an AY show for a fee of ₦200,000.
However, he said he asked Nasboi to send him transport money because commercial drivers often refused to carry him and he relied on ride-hailing services.
Baba Orobo alleged that Nasboi responded by telling him he had “no value,” a remark he said left him disappointed given their years of working together.
His words in part …
“Nasboi say me I no get value. I don dey follow this guy work since 2022. I dey go follow am work for him place for Lekki. I dey take Uber go there based on say when I enter motor all those drivers go carry me dey do shakara, some go say them no fit carry me. Him call me for AY show say them go pay me 200K. I think say na one day work wey I go just go there come back… I tell my manager say I no get money him come say make I follow nasboi talk make him send me money for transport based on say I get body because those drivers no dey carry me. I come tell am make him send me the Uber money make I come o. Na wetin I tell am, make Una hear wetin Nasboi tell me. E say me I no get value. Say me I get value wey people dey look for. I no get value since 2022 wey me and am done dey work, na now I no get value again…”
